Hi, I’m Moha!

About Me

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Adler University. I grew up in India and moved to Vancouver, Canada when I was 17. I also have a love for travelling and new and unique experiences.

Throughout my professional journey, I have had the pleasure of working with diverse individuals in the areas of sexual and reproductive health, relationships, anxiety, depression, and body image.

My work

One of the greatest sources of fulfilment in my work is watching my clients discover their inner strength and actualize their potential to take charge of their lives and overcome obstacles.

I believe that as human beings, we are all hardwired to overcome obstacles and thrive in our lives. While we might not be able to control or fix everything in our lives, we can still find meaning and fulfilment. My role as your counsellor is to help you discover your inner resilience and potential, so that you can make things work even when life gets messy.

Having grown up and lived in different parts of the world, I learned to adapt quickly and take control of my life regardless of what life threw my way. These experiences have inspired appreciation of individual creativity and diverse cultural perspectives in me, which inspires the approach I take with my clients and in my life.
