I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherspists of Ontario as a Registered Psychotherapist-Qualifying (RP-Q). My standard fee is is $160 for a 50-minute session. All new clients are offered a free 15-minute video consultation. This gives us space to connect, discuss what brings you to counselling, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit. You are also welcome to ask any questions during this time.
Payment is due at the time of each session and can be made by e-transfer or credit card. A receipt is provided after payment, which you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, depending on your coverage. I do not offer direct billing, and I recommend confirming with your insurer whether services provided by a graduate counsellor are included in your plan.
If cost is a concern, I hold a limited number of reduced-rate spaces. You are welcome to ask about availability during your free initial consultation.
