Hi, I’m Moha.

I’m so glad you’re here.

I am a therapist offering counselling Vancouver, BC and online across Canada. I specialize in eating disorders, sex therapy, pregnancy and postpartum, and complex trauma, with th bulk of my practise focusing on the experiences of folks who self-identify as women or non-binary.

At the heart of my work is a trust in people and their capacity to grow. Each of us carries inherent value, insight, and resilience. Along the way, we often learn ways of thinking and responding that helped us survive difficult experiences, but may now keep us stuck. These habits are frequently rooted in messages that tell us we are unsafe, unworthy, or lacking in some way.

I view counselling as a process of reconnecting with yourself through curiosity, compassion, and meaningful change. My role is to offer a supportive and respectful environment where you can speak openly and feel understood. I approach therapy with the belief that you already hold what you need within you, and our work together is about helping you access and strengthen those inner capacities.

I work with individuals from all walks of life, with a strong commitment to supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ and IBPOC clients. I meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your unique needs, whether you are navigating trauma, stress, identity, or relationship challenges. You can expect a warm, authentic therapeutic relationship that offers both support and gentle challenge, helping you build resilience, improve your relationships, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My Approach

My approach to counselling combines my background in research with my love for truly connecting with people. I have trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, somantic and mindfulness-based approaches These modalities draw from research in neuroscience, developmental psychology, and trauma psychology.

As an immigrant who also moved a lot growing up, I have learned to adapt to, and connect with folks from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. I am a naturally curious and outgoin person, with a love for people and their stories.

I believe that healing is relational. This means that healing occurs through safe, predictable, and positive connections with others. As a therapist, I aim to provide you with a warm and secure connection where you can express your deepest fears, learn to trust, say things out loud that might feel too heavy to acknowledge otherwise, and develop a stronger sense of self.

In our work together, we will explore the roots of patterns that no longer serve you and gently connect past experiences to what you are facing today. Therapy is both reflective and practical, helping you build tools, coping strategies, and new ways of responding that support everyday life.

Many of my clients come to therapy with a sense that something feels off or misaligned, even if they cannot fully name it yet. They may be navigating grief or life transitions, feeling overwhelmed by daily stress, or ready to change long-standing patterns that no longer feel sustainable. Together, we work toward greater clarity, authenticity, and a way of living that feels more grounded and true to you.

I'm here to collaborate with you in your healing journey, and I'm genuinely excited about the possibility of working together. If you're looking for more satisfaction, greater alignment with your values, and the confidence to move toward the life that's meant for you, then let's talk.
