Hi, I’m Moha

I am a Registed Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), with an EMDRIA-approved training in EMDR and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I offer virtual psychotherapy to clients across British Columbia, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and other select provinces.

Before I became a therapist, I was a client, working on healing from sexual assault and an eating disorder. This means that I have been where you are, struggling to find the right therapist, to feel heard, and to feel understood.

Therapy with me is a partnership with real conversations, practical tools, and support from someone who understands the pressure to perform, to be strong, and to always be “on.” If you want to be understood and supported, you are in the right place.

I want you to feel safe being open. I want you to have the freedom to talk through tough and emotional situations without feeling judged. I’m here to help you find strength, humour, and resilience, even when things feel unclear. And at the very least, we’ll have a meaningful conversation, and you might walk away seeing things a little differently.

I’ve been told I’m easy to talk to, and I promise to make our first conversation feel calm, open, and comforting.
